Foundry Swallows Take Wing

The young swallows nesting in the foundry took flight yesterday for the first time and this one chose to rest on a forged garden sculpture that Georgia made back in her blacksmithing days.

"Spring Song" Placed in Beautiful Backyard Garden

We placed the new "Spring Song" in a wonderfully designed backyard garden in the Madison Park area yesterday. Thanks to the new owner for permission to show these photos. Appropriately, we added a "Madison Park Wren" to the fountain. This is from an edition of these wrens we were allowed to create from one of the five different birds that were part of the nearby 2013 Triangle Park Public Installation which features Georgia's Springer Spaniel, "Katie"
